Thanks for your inquiry. The purpose of Wetpaint's technology is to allow people to create online communities in the subjects they are both passionate and knowledgeable about. There is no cost to use this technology. At present, we are still in Beta mode, however, once we are fully launched, anyone with even limited technology expertise will be able to create wiki sites on subjects that interest them. Will the sofware be available for download? I can think of a couple of uses on our intranet site that wetpaint would be ideal for.
