Change: Even the city's "scenesters' like the place. And what's not to like? It looks like an 1800s saloon, has really cheap drinks before 8 and a Dixieland band afterward. It hasn't changed since before the earthquake – the one in 1906, that is. The crowd is tourists sprinkled among locals.
