For my 25th birthday, my mom and dad presented me with prime recreation land in California. More than anything else, this brought my life in control. As happy as I was, it was an epiphany for me. As an privileged and indulged only child, I never had to lift a finger, now I am seriously contemplating joining my dad's construction business and making a name for myself too.

What does a person want in life? Money? Check. Travel? Check. Great friends? Check. Freedom? Check. For me the question is, what do I want to give back? Now, due to my parents who have taught me everything I know about Investment property and figuring out the best Vacant land for sale. I am thinking of starting an orphanage. This will be handled by my adopted sister who is a great project manager. Besides, the girl has one hell of a mind. Also, anything that involves California land for sale, the girl knows about it. The other day we were looking for California acreages for sale and she showed me 20 acres land in La Quinta, California which was purchased within a week's time. And I really have not seen land with so many possibilities as that one has.

As great as the major, bustling cities of California are, you haven't seen anything unless you saw the great outdoors. It is an unforgettable experience. My main focus currently may be on California lots for sale but my first love still remains waterfront homes.
