Cannot edit Home page, nor to delete or lock it?

I have created "Pet-o-pedia" website (http://petopedia.wetpaint.com)

I locked Home page (to belong only to webmaster, i.e. to me). Later on, I noticed that I can't even edit this page (???), so I had to create new "Home Page" (ridiculous!!!).

Also I have noticed that I (as a webmaster) cannot "lock" a ANY further page??? There's simply no "Lock" button in "more Tools" anymore???

Any advice would be highly appreciated! 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?
